100 Days to Go!

When we 'officially' started out Epic training programme it was 260 odd days to the Epic. The halfway mark came and went and now we are entering into double digit countdown! I am heading off to Sabie - the weather forecast has not improved, so it looks like we are in for an interesting 4-days. Well anyway - this is what it is all about. I am really looking forward to it - and also to what I hope is the ending of the year!

If you are out on the roads - Keep safe! And hopefully my next post will be from the Merry Pebbles campsite after Day 1 of the Sabie Experience.

TOUR DIVIDE

TOUR DIVIDE
The Tour Divide is an annual mountain biking race traversing the length of the Rocky Mountains, from Canada to the Mexican border. Following the 2,745-mile (4,418 km) Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, it is an extreme test of endurance, self-reliance and mental toughness. The race format is strictly self-supported, and it is not a stage race - the clock runs continuously from the start until riders cross the finish line.
