Well it is just over a week to the Sabie Experience so the training ends for this week. Going to do a 4hr ride tomorrow and then it is just a couple of hour rides for next week.


The Sabie Experience, for me, marks the end of the year from a work point of view and has a really great atmosphere. Last year the event was very wet and was really tough - but also I had not trained much as I filled in for someone who dropped out at the last minute. Any way - this year I like to think that I am much better prepared... we will just have to wait and see.
