There is not much other way that to categorise this week. If it does not rain then it pours so to speak. So far I have had my worse week of my training schedule and as I sit here in the departure lounge waiting for my plane to Cape Town  - I can only hope for better things. I do not even want to talk about my training to date as is it has not been great this week. I hope to arrange something in Cape Town this weekend. I have packed all my bags in anticipation of miracle - otherwise I am going to head to the hills for so trail running!
