Well we took the plunge and ordered our team kit for the Epic - I am really excited to see how it turns out for real. The designs were done by my partners partner  - so I have the details if anyone else out there want to have some made up! My commission is not much ;) Once I have the kit I will post some more pictures of exactly how they look.

    Cool kit! I'm very jealous of your it but more of your sponsorship. We tried really hard to get a sponsor/s but to no avail. Most companies used the downturn as an excuse. Bit gutting really.

    The testing was great and really useful! The answer to your question is:

    I've now got two key zones to train in. The first is the Basic Endurance with HR between 111 - 130 bpm and the other is Race Intensity with HR between 151 - 163 bpm (still need to convert to %of max). The advice is to avoid the Aerobic Zone between them as there is no benefit there for my training needs. But I also need to do some work on Sprints/Intervals at 165+ bpm.
